Proven methodology
Our innovation methodology was developed at Arthur D Little, Monitor and IXL Center. It’s endorsed by the Global Innovation Management Insitute and integrates many innovation techniques like Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Disruptive Innovation.
A disciplined approach
The Innovation Olympics is an eight to ten weeks program, structured through biweekly steering meetings and a disciplined workplan. The progam is managed through online platforms and captured in structured presentations.
